GMG Sub-Strap Mounting Plate

GMG is proud to manufacture this Porsche 991/981 chassis 6-point harness submarine strap mounting plate. Our submarine strap mounting plate allows for the lowest and strongest possible mounting of the submarine straps available on the market for your 991 or 981 chassis. The multi-bar position option also allows you to mount the submarine straps at the proper 10-20° angle on Porsche OEM seats no matter the driver’s seating position.

Using the newly designed Porsche Light Weight Bucket Seat option allows this to be a direct fit to your driver’s seat with no seat modifications. The Passenger LWB seat will need to be slightly modified to accept the submarine straps via a slit in the carbon underside of the seat (already marked by Porsche as OE) and a simple upholstery modification to the seat pad to allow the submarine straps to pass through.

This installation should take approximately 2 hours per side and professional installation is highly recommended.

Comes powder coated in wrinkle black with all necessary HD grade hardware and mounting solutions.
